   Umidigi Bison Delays

   Umidigi Bison phones purchased Oct 16, 2020 have not yet shipped, AliExpress continues delaying shipments, one excuse after another, either delayed inventory or having to check units before shipment. They have even tried denying requests for cancellation and refunds due to late shipments. They are selling phones, taking money and not having inventory to ship. Avoid them for the time being.

   2 bugs in 2 days...

   within 2 days I found 2 defects in mine:
   1) occasionally distorted sound from speaker, when phone enters "distorted mode", nothing you can do expect put SIM in another phone and call back (restart does not help);
   2) phone may spontaneously lose network even during call and refuses to register back for some time.
   main camera – average today's quality.
   I've contacted Umidigi Store, let's see, how they will handle the problem, but anyway that may take 2 additional months sending to Singapore and 2 – back to Europe…

   Arrived and Works Well

   From order date Oct 16 to receipt in USA Dec 21, 66 days. Nice phone, no problems with mine, very pleased, no regrets except with AliExpress. Had to order wallet folio cases from 3rd sellers in China. Remember to remove all plastic sheets covering front/back. Received 4 Android/software updates so far so these updates might resolve problems people experience with speakers, cameras and systems freezing. Enjoy.

   Bison Still Working Without Issues

   Ordered October, received December, 2020. No complaints. Just received another hardware update, not Android 10, dated 02/24/2021.
   Phone version number is now v1.0_20210224. Description says Touchscreen enhancements, improved Russian translation, other minor bug fixes. Certainly glad I ordered a custom designed wallet folio case, no more accidentally activating the side buttons.
   For people complainting about speakers, I've learned that installing latest hardware updates have resolved those problems, I never experienced any with my phone. There is one update specifically addressing speakers, try it, good luck.

   Muy complacido

   Muy complacido con el modelo BISON, de fallas la principal es la carencia de Puerto infrarrojo para usar como control remoto( mi teléfono anterior miA3 de xiaomi lo trae) y si he tenido episodio de distorsión en el audio pero nada grave asta ahora

   DO NOT BUY!!!

   Do not buy!!! 1st time charge upon opening and the phone gets so hot that I can only unplug the power to the phone after 10mins after powering off from the mains. Any further charging I'm sure the damn phone would have combusted.
   Customer service (or non service) is horrible. Ask you to send the phone back with registered mail and you bearing the charge after that no news no update. After 1 month after multiple emails finally they tell you the phone irreparable and ask for you to bear the cost of sending the phone back. Now my phone is still with them and still no favourable solution and totally ignoring all my subsequent mails…

    Una maravilla

    Llevo 5 meses que lo compre, muy bueno, hasta me baño en la lluvia, actualizo a Andoid 11, sin problemas de audio ni conexion, funciona muy bien, no lo cambio.

    No es tan resistente a caidas

    Compré este teléfono creyendo realmente en la durabilidad, se me cayó a una altura aprox de 65 a 70 cm y se le rompió la cámara.

    We customers from Yemen complain about bison and bison Pro phones have broken down in a year or two, and the agent in Yemen does not repair them, so we have become discouraged to use bison phones in Yemen

    Programador defectuoso

    Muy buen equipo. 180$ algo costoso. Pero resistente. Detalle: No puedo descargar Whatsapp business. Este al cargar videos dentro de la app, no me deja enviarlos a otros contactos.
